If you are being referred to Worthing & Southlands Hospital

If you are referred to Worthing & Southlands Hospital as a result of an appointment with your GP, a letter will be promptly emailed to our referral support team.

If you have not received details of an appointment or a letter acknowledging receipt of your referral within 4 weeks of seeing your GP, or if you have any queries, please contact the hospital as follows:

If you wish to be referred privately

You should inform your GP during your consultation that you would like to be seen as a private patient and then a letter of referral will be sent to one of the private Hospitals. You will then receive an appointment directly from them.

Please Note: If you feel that you no longer wish to attend your appointment at the hospital we should be grateful if you would let the hospital know as soon as possible by contacting the Call Centre as above.
