Privacy Notice: Workflow and Document Management

Purpose:

The practice will be engaging with ABC Workflow and Document Management Service to assist with processing incoming clinical documents onto patient records. This will involve authorised ABC staff securely accessing the practice clinical system (SystemOne) to read, code, undertale medicines reconciliation and forward to the appropriate team incoming clinical letters and discharge summaries.

Legal Basis:

Article 6(1)e - "processing is necessary for the performance of a task carried out in the public interest or in the exercise of official authority vested in the controller";

Article 9(2)h - "processing is necessary for the purpose of preventive or occupational medicine";
