We know people forget things, cancelling GP appointments being one of them. Remember to cancel your appointment if you don't need it.
How to Cancel an Appointment
If you can't keep your appointment, please let us know as soon as you can so we can give your spot to someone else.
To cancel, call us at 01903 826926 as soon as possible and at least 30 minutes before your appointment time. This helps us offer your appointment to someone else.
Remember, there might be a shortage of appointments. When you miss your appointment, someone else can't be seen. On average, about 230 appointments are missed each month.
If you cancel less than 30 minutes before your appointment, it will be marked as a missed appointment. Missing many appointments wastes NHS resources.
