Join Our Broadwater Patient Connect Group
We are looking for patients to join our Broadwater Patient Connect Group and help us shape the future of our practice.
The Patient connect group is a group of patients who work alongside the practice to provide feedback, share ideas, and help us improve the services we offer to our community. Members act as a valuable link between patients and the practice team, ensuring that patient voices are heard.
What does the Patient Connect Group do?
- Share views and experiences of our services.
- Suggest ideas for improving patient care and access.
- Help us understand the needs of our local community.
- Support health promotion and patient engagement activities.
- Work with the practice on new initiatives and developments.
Who can join?
We welcome applications from patients of all ages, backgrounds, and experiences. We are keen to create a group that reflects the diversity of our patient population.

How much time is involved?
The commitment is minimal. Meetings are held periodically, and there may be opportunities to provide feedback by email or online if you cannot attend in person.
